Each week, the difference between your total winnings and total losses is called your "net loss". If you have a net loss in any given week, cashback is automatically added to your account at a fixed rate based on your VIP tier.
Say you placed a total of ৳30,000 in bets during a week and won ৳10,000. Your total loss that week was ৳30,000. Net loss = ৳30,000 − ৳10,000 = ৳20,000. Cashback is calculated on this ৳20,000 after deducting all winnings. If you have a net profit that week, no cashback applies.
